FedEx Ground service and USPS First Class Mail usually takes 5-7 business days for deliveries to most domestic destinations, USPS Priority Mail takes 3-4 days, FedEx Express Saver takes 3 business days, USPS Express Mail takes 1-3 days, FedEX 2Day Air takes 2 business days, and FedEx Standard Overnight delivers the next business day. Generally, we prefer to ship ground packages by USPS as its delivery is always faster. We also arrange the appropriate method based on your order feature, shipping option, and special request. 1. We have 30 days money back guarantee. We accept returns for an exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of the item(s) ship date. After 30 days, all sales are final.

3. You must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization before you ship back any product. We will email you return instruction and a RMA number right after we receive your RMA request. How to Return an Item

• International customer is able to make the payment either by PayPal or 2Checkout.com. We prefer payment through PayPal, it is faster for us to process and ship out your order. Payment through 2Checkout usually delays the order processing as it takes longer time to get verified.

Why do I pay higher shipping charge for international order?

We use Postal Service Priority Mail International and DHL Express to deliver your order internationally, which is fast, reliable and traceable. The two service types are among the highest levels of shipping services at reasonable cost that we can find, but they are still not cheap compared with the US domestic shipping.
• We process all our domestic orders by software automation. International orders can not be processed automatically by software programs, we need extra manpower to manually process them one by one. This means an international order has much higher handling cost compared with a US domestic order.

Why do you need up to 1 week to ship out my order after the payment?

• International payment takes long time to verify.
• We have high volume of domestic orders every day, but not international order.  Postal Service does not provide daily pickup like UPS, FedEx at an affordable rate, especially for international packages, we have to collect international orders for a period of time and then ship them out in batch at one time. Usually, we ship international orders once a week, this means the average processing time is 7 days.
