   We had read other reviews before buying this product. My wife borrowed her sister's netbook only to find the power cord to have dog bites appearing to be dangerous. I ordered the cord from this company only to put in my wrong return address. The company emailed and also phoned me on the land line as the computers then further changed my shipping address. The company wanted clarification prior to shipping. I was able to get the shipping address corrected and the product delivered in time for the trip my wife was leaving on.
   
   The product does what it needs to, but just as other reviews, it ran hot when using the netbook while charging in the US. It ran hot in Denmark even when just charging.
   
   The other nice thing this company does is a check when ordering to try to make sure the product one is ordering will be the right one.

   I ordered six of these and I liked that before I ordered I could add a comments section giving the make models of my Asus Eee series laptops and they will confirm what I selected is the correct power supply. I have 4 of them plugged in now for a couple of weeks straight and they are running great. The connector (power tip) is a great fit. Good price!!!!!!
